Problem solving is a part of every day life.  Systematic Problem Solving will introduce you to concepts of project definition, development of root cause, and implementation of a solution.   The concepts are applicable to all types of business.   The tools are designed for the non-statistician.  Software outside of the Microsoft Office products is not required for this course.
