will complete one project prior to certification.

Our Six Sigma Black Belt training provides a method to find root causes and solve the hard stuff. The methodology takes the student through the phases of Six Sigma (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control) in 16 days of training. The Six Sigma Black Belt course provides the student with an array of problem solving tools and analysis techniques that can attack a wide variety of issues. Certification is achieved after the completion of a process improvement project. Project mentoring is included in the cost of the training.
